Referrals
Referrals to our Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) can be made by family members, healthcare professionals or by the individual requiring care. Screening for appropriate services and/or a clinical assessment with appropriate referral is provided free of charge. Each facility provides a toll-free phone number for the convenience of our clients and healthcare provider referral sources.
